Mrs.R.Jayanthi : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 23.02.2018 and 05.05.2018 with reference to the unauthorized plying of the third respondent mini bus bearing Registration No.TN 67 5454 by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 23.02.2018 and 05.05.2018 with reference to the unauthorized plying of the third respondent mini bus bearing Registration No.TN 67 5454 by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
2. Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the first and second respondents. In view of the limited order that has to be passed hereunder, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
3. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the first and second respondents to conduct an enquiry with regard to the issue raised by the petitioner, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and thereafter, pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 23.02.2018 and 05.05.2018, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
