O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb.

2.Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Protector appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint dated 03.07.2020, a case has been registered by the fourth respondent police in Crime No.1593 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 448, 468, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the registration of the case, the accused are attempted to threat the petitioner. In this regard, the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.[MD]No.7535 of 2020 Additional Public Protector undertakes to give necessary police protection to the petitioner, if necessary.
