O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner and her family members life and limb.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the cultivating tenant under the fourth respondent. Now, the fourth respondent by using illegal attempt to evict the petitioner from the land, which belongs to the fourth respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the third respondent initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.159 of 2020, dated 16.07.2020 and during the enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
