The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of inquiry on the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

2. According to learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, a complaint was received as against the petitioner from the third respondent on 18.02.2026. After enquiry, it was closed on 20.02.2026. No further enquiry will be conducted and the petitioner would not be called for any further enquiry.
