2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppuvanam on 29.03.2024.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppuvanam to take the final report on file within a period of four weeks from today.
