[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the daughter of the petitioner namely Nivetha, aged about 19 years and set her at liberty. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that the daughter of the petitioner is a major aged about 19 years and she was having love affairs with one Muthumurugan and they got married on 26.06.2020 and they appeared before Kamuthi Police Station and gave a statement. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the statement of the said Nivetha and Muthumurugan for perusal of this Court.

3. In the light of the above fact, we are of the opinion that no further order is necessary in this petition and hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
