ORDER

2.The petitioner is a resident of Thekattur. According to him, Survey No.529/24 in Melatheuthupatti has been classified as "road" and that the fifth respondent has encroached on it. 2/6
3.We direct the second respondent to conduct survey after issuing notice to all the interested parties. If the results indicate that there is encroachment in the public pathway, it is the duty of the second respondent to remove the same by adopting due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
