O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent except in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the main complaint itself was closed. The respondent police have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him. 2/5

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

4.Since the main complaint itself was closed and the third respondent submitted that he called the petitioner for enquiry purpose, based on the private respondent's complaint, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed. 25.03.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
