This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Madurai, to expedite trial proceedings in Cr.M.P.No.5355 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Madurai, within a stipulated period.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Madurai, enquiry was undertaken and the Report has been filed before the concerned Court as mistake of fact on 20.03.2023. 3.The first respondent is directed to serve the copy of enquiry report to the petitioner, so that he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
