This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to secure the accused persons in connection with Crime No.1039 of 2016 on the file of 3rd respondent within a time frame to be stipulated by this court. 2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this case.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
