This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that when the petitioner questioned about the mismanagement of the Church, the fourth respondent made a life threat to him. Hence, it is necessary to give sufficient protection to the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in Serial No.G7/020708/1392/2020.
