ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.63 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that investigation in Crime No.63 of 2016 was completed and final report was also filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. The prayer sought for in this petition is to quash the FIR in Crime No.63 of 2016. Now, the first respondent has conducted investigation and filed a final report in Crime No.63 of 2016. As per the FIR, there are allegations to constitute the offence. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved. In view of the same, preserving the liberty to the 2/4

petitioner to challenge the final report, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
