ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the order in Crl.OP.(MD).No.2205 of 2026, dated 05.02.2026 by amending the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam instead of as Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a typographical error in mentioning the satisfaction Court for executing surities in the order, dated 05.02.2026.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has also admitted that there is a typographical error in the order, dated 05.02.2026.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioners in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections before issuing a copy of the order to the parties concerned.

5. Since the amendment petition is pending, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions 2/4

imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 2205 of 2026 till 15.04.2026. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
