(CRIME.NO.8/2022) ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this court in Crl O.P(MD)No.6126 of 2022 dated 04.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ALAGESH KUMAR.V., Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6126/2022, dated 04.04.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 am., until further orders.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
