To suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner in C.C. No. 3 of 2024 dated 06.05.2025 passed by the learned II Additional District Judge,

(CBI Cases), Madurai and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above appeal.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in C.C. No. 3 of 2024 dated 06.05.2025 passed by the learned II Additional District Judge, (CBI Cases), Madurai and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. This is the second petition filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of sentence. The earlier petition filed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No. 6892 of 2025 came to be dismissed by an order dated 17.12.2025 as withdrawn. However, on going through the order, it is seen that the Court was not inclined to grant suspension of sentence and at that point of time, the petition was withdrawn. In view of the same, the same has to be construed as dismissed on merits.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
