This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 234 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Respondent No.2 has been served with notice and represented through counsel.

Respondent No.1 set exparte before the Tribunal. Hence, notice is dispensed with.

4. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the petition if it is otherwise in order and is further directed to print the name of Mr.N.Ganesh for R-2 at the time of posting the main appeal for admission.
