Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-38. Pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pay monthly salary with effect from 29.10.2020 to the petitioner in pursuant to the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Kuzhithurai bearing Na.Ka.No.7927/A2/2010 dated 23.09.2010 by considering the salary bill submitted by the 5th respondent dated 25.01.2021. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 08.02.2021, made in W.P.(MD)No.2107 of 2021.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for State appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent has passed an order in proceeding in Na.Ka.No.5829/Aa3/2020, dated 28.07.2021.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement and placing the said proceeding on record, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same, in the manner known to law.
