ORDER

Heard Ms.J.Anandhavalli, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Nagendran, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

2. This revision case has been filed against the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.942 of 2008 in M.C.No.46 of 2003, dated 04.12.2009 and to quash the same. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has deposited the entire arrears of Rs.1,44,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Forty Four Thousand only) before the trial Court as per the earlier direction of this Court and also the arrears amount was already withdrawn by the first respondent. It is further stated that there is nothing survives in this revision to be adjudicated upon further.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Revision Case is closed as infructurous.
