This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of this Court order dated 31.07.2019 and made in W.P.(MD)No.16663 of 2019.

Cont.P.(MD).No.775 of 2021 complied with the order of the Court and copy of the said proceedings have been placed before this Court.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Counsel for State as well as placing the copy of the proceedings on record, the contempt Petition is closed. It is for the petitioner to agitate the said order before the appropriate authority, if so advised.
