PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Cr.No.6 of 2023 dated 15.02.2023 on the file of the R1 and quash the same as against the petitioner sole accused. ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Cr.No.6 of 2023 dated 15.02.2023 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent would submit that the matter has been compromised between the parties out of the Court. 3.In view of the above said submissions the above said matter has become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
