made the following order:- The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.5 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police and the said case was registered for the offence under Sections 498 (A) of IPC and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.22720 of 2023 dated 18.12.2023. 3.The case of the petitioner is that she is not a party to the proceedings in Crl.OP (MD)No.22720 of 2023, where the accused has been granted anticipatory bail. 4.The petitioner shall get the certified order copy and produce the same. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
