The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Crime No.52 of 2018 for the offence under Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002, on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.52 of 2018 has been completed and the final report has also been filed on 07.04.2018 before the Court of Additional Mahila Court in FR.No.12/2018.
