The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to workout his remedy before the civil Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move the civil Court for working out his remedy. It is made clear that if any application is filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to exclude the time spent by the petitioner in prosecuting this Writ Petition, the same shall be considered by the civil Court in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
