This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit that no case or no FIR is pending against the petitioner herein in the respondent police and hence, his presence is not at all required by the respondent police, at any point of time, till today.
4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
