ORDER
This petition has been filed to the 1st Respondent to give necessary direction to the 2nd Respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.331 of 2014 and to file Final Report within the stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and the same was taken on file as CC.No.1 of 2017 and the next hearing date is 03.05.2017.

4. Since the charge sheet has taken on file as C.C.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, no further order is necessary. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
