This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to conduct the fair investigation in Crime No.440 of 2016 under the supervision of the first respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police after investigation have filed a closure report on 04.01.2017 in R.C.No.8 of 2017 and the R.C.S. notice has also been served on 01.12.2017 to the petitioner. 3.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in this petition, This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
