ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) I.P.C in Crime No.263 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that it is a case in counter and the counter case in Crime No. 259 of 2016 was registered on the basis of the complaint given by the first accused in this case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents states that in this case, nobody was injured. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eranial Kanyakumari District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
