This Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C. praying to set aside the condition No.(ii) directing hjm to deposit 20% of the cheque amount before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, Trichy District within 15 days, vide order dated 14.12.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6483 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.144 of 2023 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Trichy, Trichy District.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. C. Suresh Kannan, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time to comply with the direction of this Court made in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.41 of 2025 on 12.02.2025, wherein, this Court directed the petitioner to comply with the orders of the learned appellate Judge on or before 12.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner was not well, he could not mobilize the funds and seeks further time.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time till 09.04.2025. Accordingly, time is extended to comply with the direction of this Court dated 12.02.2025 till 09.04.2025.
