Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's case for revocation of suspension in the light of G.O.No.40, P & A.R. (N) Department dated 30.01.1996 as well as in view of the decision rendered by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.1912/15 dated 16.02.2015 (Ajaykumar Chowdary vs. Union of India) based on my representations dated 16.03.2015, 16.04.2015 and 11.05.2015 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's case for revocation of suspension, in the light of G.O.No.40, P & A.R. (N) Department dated 30.01.1996 as well as in view of the decision rendered by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.1912/15 dated 16.02.2015 (Ajaykumar Chowdary vs. Union of India), based on his representations dated 16.03.2015, 16.04.2015 and 11.05.2015, within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation given by the petitioner has been answered by passing appropriate order in Letter No.17786/Ser2(1)/2015-2 dated 11.09.2015.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed and it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 11.09.2015. No costs.
