This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent for her willful

disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.16802 of 2019 dated 18.11.2019 and punish her under the Contempt of Court Act. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 18.11.2019, enquiry was conducted and the same was also closed.
