ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467 IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act in Crime No.472 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused received gold jewel worth about Rs.7 Lakhs and a sum of Rs.18,50,000/- from the defacto complainant in order to deposit the same in the Muthoot Finance. Thereafter, they failed to do so and also refused to return the same. Hence, the case. 3.Heard and perused the materials available in the records. 4.It is seen that the petitioner is working as Manager at Muthoot Finance. He used to collect money from the customers and thereafter, refused to deposit the same. That apart, another case was also registered against the petitioner, which was also similar in nature. CRL OP(MD)No.7527 of 2022 to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
