ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2461 of 2026 dated 18.02.2026 on the file of this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
