Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by MR.K.M.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS or any other appropriate order or direction in the nature of writ calling for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in C.No. 04/2020/Detention/C.P.O./T.C./2020 dated 08.02.2020 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Mani @ Manikandan, S/O.Ravi, Male aged about 20 years who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by 17/08/2020 (Monday, the Seventeenth day of August Two Thousand and Twenty) to the respondents R1 to R3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
