RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition order passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.20293/2022 dated 07/03/2023 by modifying the condition to allow the petitioners to produce 2 persons for common sureties of all the petitioners. CRL MP(MD) No.5413 of 2023 This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20293 of 2022 dated 07.03.2023 directing the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or to the police officer who intends to arrest to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail on 07.03.2023. The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioners are same family members and they were unable to arrange sureties for all the members, hence , he has filed the present petition.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties(common sureties)each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or to the police officer who intends to arrest to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. Time already granted by this Court is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the conditions.
