2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Latha, enquiry was undertaken. At that time both parties have appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave statement that they will resolve the issue through civil process. Recording the above said statement of both parties, the above said complaint was closed. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) nothing survives for further consideration in this case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed as infructuous.
