Prayer in WP(MD). 11439 of 2017 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Pa.Mu.No.1710/A4/2017 dated 09.06.2017 on the file of the respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to re-fix the scale of pay of the petitioner in the cadre of selection grade secondary grade teacher on par with the junior in the cadre of selection grade secondary grade Teacher within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders passed by this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.11439 of 2017 dated 11.02.2019.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that, pursuant to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P(MD)No.552 of 2020 orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.11439 of 2017, dated 11.02.2020, compliance of the same by the respondent has been made and an order to that effect has been passed on 19.06.2020 and the said order has already been communicated to the petitioner. Therefore, compliance has been made.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also, has not controverted to the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader.

4. Hence, this Court is of the view that, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
