ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is figuring as 7th accused in Crime No.670 of 2012 on the file of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 4(a), 4(b), 5(a) & 6 of Explosive Substance Act, 1908 r/w 120 (B) of I.P.C.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The case is of the year 2012. Final report has been filed and taken on file in P.R.C.No.6 of 2014.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions would submit that on all future hearings the petitioner would appear regularly before the Court and he would not derail proceedings by his absence. If this undertaking is breached by the petitioner this order will stand automatically vacated. 5.Recording this undertaking, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Magistrate, Melur and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
