Prayer :- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Hon'ble Court to directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to secure the detenue namely Renisha, daughter of Johnson aged 19 years and produce the body of the detenue before this Honourable Court and handover the detenue to the petitioner.

ORDER:- Habeas Corpus Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. V.Neelakandan, Addtional Public Prosecutor On Behalf of the Respondents No.1 to 3, this Court made the following order:

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing of the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.353 of 2020 has been registered by the third respondent. He would further submit that the detenue is living with her parents in Kanyakumari District and due to viral fever, she is not able appear before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

HCP(MD). No.443 of 2020 2 In view of the above statement, the third respondent is directed to produce the detenue before the concern Judicial magistrate.
