The instant writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to forbear the respondent from initiating recovery proceedings in pursuance of his recovery notice dated 23.07.2015, pending disposal of the Appeal No.150 of 2014, on the file of the Appellate Deputy Commissioner (CT), Madurai (North), Madurai by considering the respondent dated 27.07.2015, made by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that Appeal No.150 of 2014, filed by the petitioner has already been disposed of on 14.03.2017.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the instant Writ Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
