ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the respondents 6 to 8 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2020. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that on the complaint given by one Murugan, the petitioner was taken to the Police Station and there was a physical violence by the respondents 6 to 8. Hence, he sought for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the respondents 6 to 8. 3.It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 to 8 that the petitioner called to the Police Station for enquiry of the alleged harassment on the 16 years old minor girl.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the writ petitioner, an enquiry was conducted as against the respondents 6 to 8 and punishment of deferred black mark for 6 months was also imposed.
5.In such view of the matter, as the disciplinary proceedings initiated and punishment was imposed as per the rules, no further order is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
