ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a retired municipal employee. He has got some issues regarding fixation of his pension. The petitioner has given a petition before the second respondent to issue his service certificate. The second respondent will take into account the service particulars of the writ petitioner and issue service certificate as per record. This shall be done by the second respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
