To suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner made in S.C.No.181 of 2018 dated 21.02.2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court), Palani and enlarge the petitioner in bail pending disposal of the main Criminal Appeal

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of sentence imposed in the judgment made in S.C.No.181 of 2018 dated 21.02.2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court), Palani and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.8346 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 17.12.2025.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.

5. Considering the fact that the accused person is inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
