Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to accept the termination of loan agreement Number 21202350 given by the third respondent and thereby cancel the entry of Hypothication in the Form of Certificate of Registration in respect of vehicle bearing registration No.TN48/U-9316 and consequently directing the second respondent to take steps for including the petitioner's name as a ownership in the form of Certificate of Registration in respect of said vehicle by considering his representation dated 25.03.2014.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to accept the termination of loan agreement Number 21202350 given by the third respondent and thereby cancel the entry of Hypothication in the Form of Certificate of Registration in respect of vehicle bearing registration No.TN-48/U-9316 and consequently directing the second respondent to take steps for including the petitioner's name as a ownership in the form of Certificate of Registration in respect of said vehicle by considering his representation dated 25.03.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.R.Janarthanam, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner limiting his prayer requested this Court for a direction to consider his representation dated 25.03.2014 submitted to the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the limited prayer without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is open to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 at the time of disposing the representation.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
