O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the complaint preferred by the petitioner daed 28.11.2015 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 28.11.2015, it is seen that the petitioner has lent money to the opposite party and that the opposite party is not returning the money. In order to give criminal colour to the complaint, the petitioner has stated that the opposite party waylaid the petitioner. No injury has been sustained by the petitioner. Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to issue a direction to the respondent police to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.11.2015. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
