Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second Respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner for conducting poojas and doing administration work in "Arulmigu Malayala Sastha Ayyanar Temple" situated at M.Pudupatti, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.04.2022.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner for conducting poojas and doing administration work in "Arulmigu Malayala Sastha Ayyanar Temple" situated at M.Pudupatti, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.04.2022.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the representation submitted by the petitioner, now, the peace https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.7773 of 2022 committee meeting is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Devakottai in respect of Poojariship for the Arulmigu Malayala Sastha Ayyanar Temple situated at M.Pudupatti, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District.
3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered. However, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Devakottai, Sivagangai District is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the private respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
