ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to expedite the investigation and file final report in Crime No.457 of 2015, on the file of the 2nd respondent, within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the 2nd respondent police filed charge sheet in Crime No.457 of 2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.10 of 2017.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
