ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to give police protection for the petitioner based on his representation, dated 06.04.2022 while fencing his house property.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the second respondent already filed a suit in O.S.No.41 of 2014, on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Orathanadu and the same was dismissed for default on 02.06.2017. Thereafter, it was not restored so far, whereas, the petitioner had claimed the subject property in S.R.No.358A-5D1 to an total extent of 5 cents granted to the petitioner's father and also obtained patta. There is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has to approach the Civil Court for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7573 of 2022 appropriate relief. This Court is not inclined to give police protection to the petitioner for a dispute which is purely civil in nature.
