This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.230 of 2013 before the Lower Court within stipulated time fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. Mr.S.Saravana Nagarajan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Sambavar Vadakarai Police Station, Tirunelveli District is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the investigation in Crime No.230 of 2013 has been completed

and the charge sheet is ready, but the same has not been taken on file by the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli, since all the proceedings before the said Court have been stayed by the Supreme Court.

3. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent police to file the charge sheet before the regular jurisdictional Court, namely, Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah expeditiously.
