ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed by the father, seeking production of his daughter, Shenbaga Priya, aged about 17 years. 2.Detenue has been produced from Muthu Vediyal Home, Muthupatti, Near Alagappan Nagar, Madurai. She has now attained majority. She has informed her intent to proceed to the house of her relatives viz., Lakshmi W/o. Babu and Babu S/o. Poongavanam, Library Street, Ayyankottai, Pattiveeram Patti, Dindigul. Such relatives, who are present, confirm that the detenue will be under their roof.

3.In the circumstances, this petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent to cause the production of the detenue before the Muthu Vediyal Home, Muthupatti, Near Alagappan Nagar, Madurai towards completion of necessary formalities.
