ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the R1 to instruct the R2 to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 18.03.2024. 2.According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. The third respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent. Taking advantage of the same, the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry, without following the procedure. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation on 18.03.2024 and the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have received the complaint from the third respondent. Based on the same they have called the petitioner for enquiry, but the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry. The representation of the petitioner is pending with the second respondent. They will complete both the enquiry and dispose the same within a period of one week. 2/4
4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner and the second respondent also admitted the representation given by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner along with the complaint filed by the third respondent and dispose the same, within a period of one week from the date of this order, after affording opportunities to both parties. 5.With the above directions and observations, this petition stands disposed of.
